Your context should travel with you.
Every time you use AI, you teach it something about yourself: how you think, what you’re working on, what matters to you. Over time, that context becomes valuable. But it stays scattered across conversations and locked inside individual tools.
Switch tools, and you start explaining yourself again.
We’re building Scaffold to give that context continuity. Portable memory for AI: a shared, evolving understanding of you and your work that can move across the tools you choose.
We believe the understanding you build with AI should belong to you. It should deepen over time, remain useful as models change, and give you the freedom to try something new without leaving everything behind.
This publication follows that work. We’ll share product updates, experiments, and writing about memory, context, and what it takes to make software feel personal.
Subscribe to follow along as we build.
